Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days since your purchase. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, the item / items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All refunds will be at our discretion and must satisfy these conditions:
- In original/resalable condition.
- In original packaging with the attached label(s).
- Apparels must be clean, free from wear, and unwashed. and products that are dirty, used, odorous, or show visible signs of wear, will be rejected.
Note that we do not accept returns on the following items:
- Outlet/sales items
- Heavy bags
- Customized products
To complete your return, we require a receipt / proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service support at cs@wd-team.com before proceed returning the items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and has been go thru our inspection, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item / items and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and within a certain amount of days a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or thru your original payment method.
NOTE:
Please be reminded that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs (domestic or international). We will also deduct any duties/tax imposed by customs authorities from the refund amount. We will refund the return shipping fees only if you received a defective item or an item that is different from your actual order (i.e., a different model or size).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cs@wd-team.com .
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund, unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@wd-team.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should sned your product to: WD-T , Room1 , 25/F , Max Trade Centre , 23 Luk Hop St, San Po Kong , Kowloon , Hong Kong
Depending on where you locate, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For all your return shipment, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase a shipping insurance. We are not guaranteed to receive your return item/items shipment. The sender of the return shipment bears all the shipping liabilities.
